Opened to the street and separated from the hotel by native plant gardens for a quiet enjoyment of the hotel and the restaurant for the guests.
The Canarian’s food is the main plate of its menu: goat meat and goat (baifo), fresh fish (viejas, cabrillas, seifijos, megrim, morenas, sargos, dentex ,grunts ,bogue, abaes, chamorros, bocinegros mackere, black seabream…) caught in the Bocaina (inlet that separates Lanzarote Lobo’s island and Fuerteventura). Potatoes with mojo picón; vieja’s paté, Pájara’s tomatoes and plate of majoreros cheese; octopus from our coast; puchero (our typical food) and now as complementary plate: the grill with all kinds of fresh meats from Galicia.
The quality of our products are guaranteed by our customer’s Chef: Carlos Morales and Victor Curbelo maître.
The prices are competitive with the restaurants around the area of Cotillo and Corralejo.
