September and October
In September and October the climate of Santorini gradually says goodbye to summer, with temperatures ranging from an average minimum of 19 degrees to an average maximum of 26 degrees in September and only a few degrees less in October, so it is almost always possible to go swimming, also because the sea temperature stays quite high normally around 21-23 degrees at this time of year.

Even in the evenings, therefore, with a safety jumper at hand, you can continue to dine al fresco without any major problems. However, it should be noted, especially towards the end of October, that the rains start to be quite present and can cause some typically autumnal evenings!
November and December
In November and December the situation pushes into full-blown autumn in Santorini, although it should be noted that temperatures are hardly ever cold! In fact, we go from lows rarely below 10 degrees in December to fairly warm highs in November of around 20 degrees on average. In these months the rains certainly become heavier and the sea waters begin to make bathing a sport for the brave few, dropping below 20 degrees and reaching 15 towards the end of December.
